Copper Jumpers are manufactured from high quality copper sheets they are also known as Earth Continuity Strap, Flange Bonding Jumpers, Flange Jumpers, Bonding Jumper, Flange Earthing Jumpers, Grounding Jumpers, and Earthing Jumpers.
Copper Sheets of desired thickness are sliced in required width then punched and bent as per customized designs.
Surface of application of Copper Jumpers is usually other than copper, so to avoid metal corrosion earthing jumpers are suggested to be tin plated. However, without plating is also demanded in various industry.
